About Me

Erin, RD
This blog is a fun hobby of mine. I'm a registered dietitian from the South. I love Southern food, but it's not always the healthiest cuisine. My goal is to develop healthier recipes for traditional Southern foods, while preserving the delicious flavors, because food should always taste great, and eating should always be enjoyable. I look for ways to lower the sodium and saturated fat in recipes, and consider the total carbs to allow most of my recipes to fit into a diabetic diet.
