Pumpkin Coffee

This recipe is adapted from verybestbaking.com to be a little tastier and healthier. It's delicious and so easy to make. Enjoy! 

Ingredients: 
2 cups strong coffee
1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
6 packets sweetener (I prefer Splenda or Nutrasweet or the store brand of either one.)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions: 
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. 
Stir frequently over medium heat. 
Carefully pour into coffee mugs.

Makes 3 servings.
